All of our group classes are capped at 12 participants to maintain the optimum student to instructor ratio. If you are unable to attend your class, please notify Overland Experts at least 7 days before your scheduled training so that we may transfer your registration to another dat or issue you a refund. If you cancel 2 to 7 days ahead of your class date, we will transfer your registration to a different date of your choosing. If you do not cancel 48 hours prior to your scheduled class time, you will forfeit your payment. In the event of inclement weather or other unforseen circumstances, Overland Experts will contact you at least 48 hours prior to your class time to reschedule or refund your training reservation. All classes must have a minimum of 3 participants to take place. Overland Experts will cancel the class and refund your payment within 48 hours of the class date if the minimum participation is not met. By placing your order you certify that you have read and agree to the cancellation policy.
